class=\"uagb-desc-text\"><strong>El art\u00edculo 6 de la Resoluci\u00f3n 652 de 2012, determina las funciones del Comit\u00e9 de Convivencia.<\/strong><\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-qubely-advancedlist qubely-block-e38b88\"><div class=\"qubely-block-advanced-list  qubely-alignment-left\"><ul class=\"qubely-list qubely-list-type-unordered qubely-list-bullet-check-circle-outline\"><li>Recibir y dar tr\u00e1mite a las quejas presentadas en las que se describan situaciones que puedan constituir acoso laboral, as\u00ed como las pruebas que las soportan.<\/li><li>Examinar de manera confidencial los casos espec\u00edficos o puntuales en los que se formule queja o reclamo, que pudieran tipificar conductas o circunstancias de acoso laboral, al interior de la entidad p\u00fablica o empresa privada.<\/li><li>Escuchar a las partes involucradas de manera individual sobre los hechos que dieron lugar a la queja.\u00a0<\/li><li>Adelantar reuniones con el fin de crear un espacio de di\u00e1logo entre las partes involucradas, promoviendo compromisos mutuos para llegar a una soluci\u00f3n efectiva de las controversias.\u00a0<\/li><li>Hacer seguimiento al cumplimiento de las recomendaciones dadas por el Comit\u00e9 de Convivencia a las dependencias de gesti\u00f3n del recurso humano y salud ocupacional de las empresas e instituciones p\u00fablicas y privadas.\u00a0<\/li><li>Elaborar informes trimestrales sobre la gesti\u00f3n del Comit\u00e9 que incluya estad\u00edsticas de las quejas, seguimiento de los casos y recomendaciones, los cuales ser\u00e1n presentados a la Rector\u00eda.<\/li><\/ul><\/div><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-qubely-column qubely-column
